A Little About Me…
I am a passionate Intuitive Transformative Coach, Healer, and creative. I am from Johannesburg, South Africa. Since I was little I have had a unique ability to ‘FEEL IN’ to people on an emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual level. My debilitating depression, anxiety, health issues, and general negative attitude towards myself and life, in general, made me seek deeper solutions. I found myself inwardly focused since my youth. With a lifetime’s worth of tools, techniques, and experience, I have been able to heal my anxiety, depression, and all my health issues.

FEELING IN – Intuitive Transformative Coaching
Nothing is permanent. This means your current experience WILL shift as you do. If you’ve been feeling stuck and not able to breakthrough through the same thinking patterns anxiety and behaviors I can help you with an INDVIDUALISED process through my 3-month TRANSFORMATIVE coaching program. I will take you through a POWERFUL process that is tailored around your individual needs, blocks, beliefs, and goals so you can BREAKTHROUGH self-limiting patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back from living as the author of your own life and story.
What does this include?Â
You will receive:
- A supporting coaching style where we will work intimately and build a rapport.
- Six 1-hour online coaching calls with me.Â
- Six check-in calls where IÂ will follow up with your progress and address any problem areas.
- Unlimited tools, resources, and techniques to support you through your process.
HANDS ON HEALING – Reiki and Access Bars Consciousness
If you’re feeling tired, drained, unclear, or needing guidance, I offer in-person energy healing sessions where we will uncover your mental and emotional blockages, realign your energy centers, and cleanse your energy field so you can access your vital energies and feel recharged.
